In addition, we also work with a wealth of newly established talent in line with the ever-changing world that we live and who in turn can deliver fresh and unique insights on any given topic.

Step One

Have a look around the various sectors on our website to find the preferred talent for your event or campaign. Not all of the talent that we work with are featured on our site so If you don’t see the talent that you want, or you have someone specific in mind no need to look elsewhere we have relationships with all the best talent on the planet so simply contact us via email or phone to discuss.

Step Two

After choosing a selection of potential speakers or talent, contact our booking team for a quote on their fees and availability. To get in touch with Amfo Talent, simply call, email or complete our online booking form. Alternatively, let our experts do the research and ask us for a shortlist of recommended talent for your event or project.

Step Three

We love talking to clients, in fact we prefer it. Once you’ve called in to speak to the Amfo Talent team, we will discuss your brief, who you are looking for and how we can help you. From there, we will source and send over a selection of talent using our industry knowledge and extensive experience, for you to review.

Step Four

Once you’ve reviewed our shortlist of proposed talent, Amfo Talent will then take the offer directly to the talent of your choice or their day-to-day representative, where they will decide whether they wish to accept and provide their availability.

Step Five

Once the talent has accepted your offer our expert team will then send a contract, an invoice and organise a pre-event briefing call between you, one of our agents and the talent. We will also project manage all the logistics, travel arrangements and communication with the talent.

Step Six

Running up to your event we are on hand to answer any questions or field any last-minute changes or updates to your project. We will ensure that the talent arrives in plenty of time and delivers their presentation or performance to your exact specifications.

One of our team will attend the event or activity with the talent to ensure everything runs smoothly for both you the client and the talent. In the unlikely event that the talent suddenly becomes unavailable, we will endeavor to find you a replacement of equal or better value that meets your every requirement.

Step Seven

After the event has taken place, we will be in touch again for a de-brief to discuss how well the talent was received by your audience and to finalise any other post event obligations.
